Strength & Conditioning

 

Level 0 Coaching

There is no Strength and Conditioning in L0 Coaching sessions.

 

Level 1 Coaching

Strength and Conditioning in L1 comprises of floor based bodyweight exercises such as Planks, Press Ups, Crunches, etc. The aim is to form a foundation for late levels.

 

Level 2 Coaching

At Level 2 we may introduce bar, TRX, and basic rings exercises to help the climbers build full body strength and stability under tension.

 

Level 3 Coaching

In Level 3 we may use the bar, TRX, Rings, and free weight such as the kettlebells. By this stage the climbers should be ready to focus on strength training.
