Indoor Climbing Session Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 24hrs before your session starts, any cancellations within 24hrs of your session start time will not be entitled to a full refund. Please make sure you book and pay for your session at least 24hrs before the session starts, failure to do so will result in the session being cancelled automatically.

If you are booking a multi-session event, our cancellation policy is 24hrs before the first session starts. Any cancellations within 24hrs of the first session starting will not be entitled to a full refund.
